Everyday for at least two years I walked past this shining pearl. It lived right around the corner from me. Over the years around where I live there has been some really good cars. The first jzx100 I ever laid eyes on lived across from the local shop. A metallic navy sileighty on Te37s slammed, right on the way to college. These were some serious cars hiding amongst the normal streets. These were times before anyone was really even importing cars from the rising sun. One day when I was coming home this shiny new Silvia appeared. I thought it was here for a visit but then each day it was there in the same place when I was coming home. The Silvia would lurk in between Ibiza’s, Cordoba’s, Polo’s, Daewoo’s, the usual suburban family wagons parked one after another from one end of the street to the next.
You have to love the Japanese and the over the top adverts they make with the worst songs ever. Its such an amazing mix that makes them a country that the whole world looks at with awe. They have mad so many commercials that we have never seen and while we are bored to death with ads about fiat puntos and Renault va va voom fuck off ads, They had adverts about 4 dour skylines drifting and hilarious American actors with over the top Music from the west which makes the best ad to watch in between anything. Ive got together some of the best that we’ve come across and stuck em here for entertainment. You may have seen them you may not, either way take a look again at how your car was being advertised in the land of the rising sun.
We know that a convertable usually means a ponce. Sometimes there can be an exception and with an s- chassis like this Id gladly have the roof down driving around. I’m loving the height and stance of it, rocking some Work VS-XX! Seems its a drop top I would have to splash out for another matching bride so you could be flash and keep it real at the same time.
We are going to try and cover everything that’s going on in Ireland on the site. If its a competition like Pro drift that some people may hate or a Honda meet that others might not enjoy, were going to try and cater for everything because why not? If its a decent car or something interesting it deserves some credit. A thing we are going to start on Juicebox is car park check, we are going to go to events and go and scower the car park to see whats going on in Ireland, usually there are a few gems lurking in the car park and a few not so gems, Today were going to start this with the Fermoy car park at Prodrift round 1. Some pictures from the event will be coming tomorrow. I know this is a little late but the site was being built when we went to cover it. We have coverage from a few events which went on while the site was under construction so bear with us as we try top get up to speed over the next week. Besides the look of the old vhs you would think this is today. A lot has changed since then but the cars still look as good as ever. There’s just something about that non flashy looking raw drift car that appeals to me so much, the gangster hi-ace is pretty damn cool also.
Was browsing the cool inter-web and found this 240, thought it was interesting because its still running a KA24DE which was the standard engine in the usdm chassis. Alex who owns this turbo charged it and decided to keep running this engine because he says its cheap and he goes through quiet a few of them…
That brown suits these cars so well. Both the cressida and the 240 look delicious.
Flip has been soaking the shit out of the sun in the land down under and has sent me some cool pics. I’m jealous i wouldn’t mind a break from Ireland just for a small bit also. Seems Queensland has some serious cars.

Looks like flip snapped up a car i was just watching in a video that seems to be sort of famous. That’s kind of creepy. Check out this drift video from down under and please check that s13 with that serious stance going flat out. Its an amazing looking car. Its also amazing when people build cars like that which look like they would never hit the track but are out there going flat.
I had to save the best for last. What a beast. Give me this hog any day with them smooth rims and that front bumper which would make Vin Diesel cum in his pants. This is a serious 1999 car which ran away from the Fast and the Furious and went to Australia…. Maybe its runs ten seconds also?… Just maybe.. Well that’s Australia or some of it through flips camera. Good job on the hunting of the cars man.
Its shit even in the title when i wrote 2010 it makes it sound so serious, i tried to write 10 but that just looks stupid and 010 doesn’t look so good either. Ah well. This year wt up to Mondello again for another track day. A change from some of the not so exciting parades around the country. Maybe it was just me but there was less cars there compared to last year. I guess this whole recession shit has really had a toll or maybe it was just paddys day and more people wanted to drink this year. I had a camera and also a video camera with me so i started filming the day and made an oul video from it.

This mini was just fucking epic to be honest, cruising around the track at 30-40 with rx7s flying past and evos. It was so good.
Mountains in the background with snow makes this almost look not like Ireland haha.
This ae92 was looking good. Looked very jap and was loud as fuck. There was a little bit of batteling between the Daves ae86 and this 92 that we got to see from the tower balcony area, it was a good time to watch that. There is small bits in the video below.
