Its crazy to think that this was the norm just up to about 6 years ago. Everyone wanted this paint and an interior that matched. I think many of you will agree that the scene has changed for the better, but its always nice to see where things went bad, and this is a fine example of just that. Best of all its in a very clean condition which is rare as most of these “show beasts” from back in the day are either wrecked or on the way. You can see that wretched interior just lurking out through the door. Its amazing. Or how is was a great choice to those skirts to the car.

It’s a nice feeling to know you have genuine interest Japanese cars. Just as we were starting to shoot this EF9 a couple of important looking suits came out started gawking in the drain next to this car. It made me laugh, they paid no attention to the car whatsoever, and it didn’t even faze them. A pretty funny moment and a small epiphany about how much of a different view someone can have on a certain inanimate object as opposed to the next man.
I hadnt been to Tullow since the first day when they were trying out the track. Each time it was on I either couldnt get a lift to cover it or something else was on. I finally got the chance today and it was cool to see that the event had grown. More and more people seem to be showing up becuase of the freedom of paying and racing your face off for the day. What could be wrong with that?

So here it is. Another installment of car park watch. The reason we do this, is to see what the people (which is you) drive. Just because something doesn’t get to be on show or in a show doesn’t mean its not worthy of some attention. Most of the time you will find something which you would wish was in the shows or the total opposite. Limerick brought a nice crowd and some cool cars in the car park. Check em out…
Just got to take some snaps today of Enda’s eg9 ferio, alot of work has gone into this car and there will definitely be alot more to come on this car real soon. These are becoming a scarce enough car and its nice to see someone with much love for one.
The yellow and black colourway throughout the car is a real winner, its different which is hard to come by on these cars. The rota auto x fit the car so good. The only bad side was the weather which was really against us on this one so expect more to come soon on this car . Good job on the ferio man, there such a nice car.
Some cars leave a real impact on you. I remember the first time I seen this car. It was a dark choppy winters night. It was parked amongst a decent collection of night lurker Hondas just off of the mouth of the port road in Waterford. The car just bounced against the cold winter night. The closer I walked to this little civic, the more intense it looked. I was shocked to see such genuine car…

To be honest there wasn’t a whole load of cars that showed up. Either because of the weather or because its Waterford and it may be a distance for people to travel. The weather was pulling its typical raining and sunny at the same time stuff so no one really knew what to do. Hopefully a meet happens soon that will bring some some more people. The good thing about this meet was that even though not so many showed up the cars that did were pretty fucking cool so everything worked out and made it worth while to feature.
Just seen this car and couldnt believe how good it looked. At first i was totally shocked and was actually led to believe this was in Galway until i seen the location and realised that it couldnt be.
This car looks amazing. A full Jdm rear upgrade and some custom ccw wheels which look good on anything. Some day stuff like this should definitely be coming out of Galway and anywhere for that matter.
Some cool shots by Anthony Lezada.
So I had been following Magoo’s Turbo Dc2 build to where it would be finally tested, at Straightliners in Enniskillen. I decided to give a hand the day before which ended up being an all nighter as we tried to get the car back together before it was trailered and brought up north. There was mapping going on right up till the car was loaded up. This is how strapped for time everyone was as the deadline crept up so quick.
I wanted to post this a while back but i said id save it for the new website. You have to admire someones true love for a car. This video shows a mans love for his EE4 4wd wagon. The wagon is amazing and the production of this video is perfect. It looks like serious amounts of fun.

Check this link to a scrap yard in kildare which has over 3000+ cars that are going to be crushed soon to make way for houses or whatever. Its crazy to see these cars being crushed or even seeing them all again. Growing up nearly all of these cars were driving on the roads well maybe not all these cars but more or less 80% of them. People definitely take them for granted. Maybe not all of these cars were the shit when they came out or were the cool thing to have but in years to come most of these will be classics or mega rare. You can take the honda civic for example like the shuttle or the Corolla estate which are just left they were as common as piss in the 80s but as time goes on and they get crashes and burned out or god knows what when you see one your like holy shit look what it is. The nct and other car deals and scrapping deals took nearly everything off the road that was once around. It happened so gradually that people didn’t really notice it but one look through this scrap yard and you will be like awh shit member that…
Looks like a fucking scene from 28days later or something.
I guess this is most cars fate . I wouldnt have posted this but this scrap yard seems to be a little bit different to others.
There is so much going on here i definitely advise you scroll through the flicker page. Click here for more info and shit.
You never know you might be able to save some stuff before its taken or might be able to grab a part or two. You could just say its only metal and there just cars but its still a shit thing to see some rare cars there get crushed. Check them out http://www.flickr.com/photos/scrawb/ there is so much more shit to laugh at or see…
