Two Die Hard Corolla Brothers

I plan to make much more trips like this in the future. Ireland is filled with pockets of families and friends who have their stuff going on with car builds. These two brothers live and breathe 86s, and it was a pleasure to showcase a slice of their life on the channel. They have great taste in cars, and between the both of them, they’ve had more 86s than anyone I know.

Their little shed is hidden away on a rural road, and when the door slides open, you are greeted with some of the most incredible stuff.

Shane’s Runfree / Young Version-inspired car is one of my favourites.

Shane gifted me the wings from this car, which will be a track machine. I can’t thank him enough for the kind gesture.

His new wings are these vented examples. The ones I was gifted were rust-free; it saved me an insane amount of hardship, giving him my old ones for spares.

The Brown Levin in the corner they had recently picked up was oozing with character.

Untouched since it landed in from Japan, but filled with a never-ending amount of spiders.

How good is that colour?

I love the direction of the track car.

The millennium drift style heavily inspires the lads.

Proper Signal Auto vibes from this colour combo.

Everywhere you look, there are Corolla parts.

The GDI Club story is fascinating. Mitsubishi was trying to cover up their Gasoline Direct injection failures and putting these stickers on cars to notify other dealers the vehicle has been recalled; I recommend looking it up.

These lads must have worked for Mitsubishi or thought it would be funny to make the team out of it.

They had great taste! Im in love with this colour.

I could look at this thing all day!

I’ll leave it here on this one, once again keeping the wording light, as we spoke in great detail in the videos. I have an endless amount of photos backlogged that I want to put on the site. I hope you enjoy the photo extras from the videos. After all, as much as blogging is dying, I love a good photo to sink my eyes into.
