Although I love Watanabes, I never felt like they suited this car as much as the other wheels. Maybe a combination of tyre profile and the wrong colour for the wheels themselves, id was a little too plain for the look.
Spotted in the wild in New Ross, every time we see this beauty kitted out in WRC attire, it causes childlike excitement. This particular Escort belongs to my cousin Jamie, and I’m glad he still has it. It gives me hope for the younger generation like us, hopefully, many of us will still have our cars in years to come, and let’s hope they inspire another generation.
We hit the racetrack in the K11 daily driver March and go for another run in the Civic. The guys at Trackdays.ie were nice enough to invite us to another day out so we couldn’t resist. Barry calls down to finish Adrians Carina and we sort some coils for the 4A-GE.
We take a look at Josh’s new BMW E30 project and the K11 March is treated to new shoes.
