I am screaming at a few hundred people to let them know the burgers are ready. This was a lovely day out, the JUicebox BBQ, which is essentially a day of thanking everyone we have met over the years for keeping the Irish car scene going and all the friends and acquaintances we got to know through this car stuff. Our friend Adam Osborne was kind enough to shoot all these photos from the day, as we have a million things going on, so it’s hard to document and organise the event. I hope you enjoy his selection of snaps below; he has an excellent eye for capturing delicious images. I’ll let the rest of the photos do the talking.

Let’s kick things off again with part two of last years BBQ. Like I said in the previous post, we cram as many images as we can into these articles, mainly because the quality of cars that attend the BBQ is truly incredible. So these snaps are a little later than I expected, I’ve been swamped the last month juggling stuff for the site, life and the new child aka the JB vlogs. Between doing those and trying to find time after working a nine to five and still have somewhat of a life has proven to be quite the task.

So it’s the third birthday of Juicebox… a website we created back around three years ago with a mission to showcase the Irish car scene to the rest of the world, to show them all the good things that are hidden away down country back roads in sheds and barns and other places you would never expect to find rare metal on four wheels.

So we decided to get a bunch of friends together and have a Juicebox BBQ, a sort of thank you to everyone who has been down for the website and what we are doing over the last year or so. Things have been growing strongly with the site and its scary to think of just many people are down with the Box. The weather was on our side in what has to have been the worst summer in a very long time but we managed to get a good cross section of cars which that pretty much represented what the website is all about. As someone stated in the comments from the heatwave coverage, here at Juicebox were all about Photoshopped wheels on second hand cars from a dealership. Take a look and you will see what we mean.
