Prodrift Round 2 2011: Fermoy Carpark Watch

With every decent car Event Ireland, it usually means a somewhat decent selection of cars that have been driven to the event by you, the car enthusiast. This time we went lurking the car at Prodrift Fermoy to see what you guys showed up in, its a g glimpse into what the scene is like at the minute and most of the time we find some good and some bad gems lurking amongst the crowd.

XXR’s really have stormed across the country in the last year or so, this is a good example why, the wheels come with attractive offsets and usually work magic under a Honda’s arches for an affordable price. I hate to say it but with a little bit moar low this would be an even nicer EK4.

I was definitely feeling this coupe with rocking chargespeed lip and ever so hated Mugen grill. Its nice to see some coupe lovin’.

I was surprised to see a black a Altezza with different wheels, most of the time these days its all about white on white standard wheels.

Its always nice to see a clean standard ek9

AHAHAHA

Good to see the roadster getting more attention from the car scene,  so so much potential with these cars.

There is something so right about this Zenki s14 on r33 gtr wheels.

This Passat stood out too sporting some BBS LM’s.

Judging by the dent on the lip of these rims, they look like real SSR Professors but I might be wrong. Another Altezza that has great potential.

Yes to this Kouki coupe.

Dave from Garage Hachi dot com’s super brought his delicious Trueno. Such a nice car on the eyes.

Check this evil looking all black coupe on Buddy Club’s sporting some yellow decals. Batman inspired?

Pretty clean looking ss3 Celica.

How could you ever do wrong with XR4’s. Especially on an 86.

This Trueno looked like it enjoys being used judging by that dent in the back wheel.

Loving the SSR star formula looking wheels and the half drift look up front.

Some attention in the wheel department and this would be such a nice ps13, there just isn’t enough of them around anymore.

Pretty clean looking r32.

Its always a joy to see this e30 at events. The car always reminds me of how there just isn’t enough of these around and just how much potential there is in the e30. Someone else needs to build a slammed awesome e30 before the scrap yard takes them….

Clean Integra on te37 replicas.

Another car you don’t see too much of is the r34, the base models almost looks as good as the GTR in terms of body styling. Such a nice car from factory.

Definitely feeling the tough look of this e46 on all black BBS replica’s.

Another coupe with good potential.

This thing was unusual, but in a good way. The kit, wheels and the all black look to this ae111 was something you don’t see too often. Even though it was the second all black car in the car park!! But that was just a coincidence!

How about some Racing Hart CP035’s. Moar low this would be even better.

Another clean enough looking R32

This would be so much better if it didn’t have those wheels.  Don’t paddy one of the last shuttles left… it would be a real shame.

Damn the c-west front for the Altezza is nice. It was cool to see another one without standard wheels.

The back was also looking pretty good. This sxe10 is definitely going in the right direction.

The third all black car that we found, an evil 7…. yeah that was a shit attempt at a joke….

Cool legacy wagon, you don’t see too many of these.

The only lude at the show.

Nice to see another DC5 wearing some gold Advan rg’s

This look will never go out of style in my opinion. Mk2’s on a panda is always going to be pretty much perfect.

Definite potential here, especially with the Desmond Wisesport wheels.

This AMG styled e55 looked like an awesome cruiser.

Check the rare More Collage back bumper on this R32 by first molding. This r32 has that whole jap subtle drift look to it especially with the OEM r34 gt wheels.

Right next to it was this same coloured 32 sporting some white Enkei J speed III’s.

Wasn’t expecting to see a Lancia Thema in the car park.

This coupe looked a bit funky

Damn this works 9 s14 is filled with all kinds of awesome.

Another clean coupe with great potential.

Spot the odd one out.

1999 had just landed.

Its a wonder this s15 didn’t have any drool or gizz marks on it. It was easily one of the nicest cars lurking in the car park.

Cool to see a someone taking on a different route with to the typical rally look with an Evo, especially something like this clean IX.

Cool to see a tidy black ek9 sitting happy on standard wheels. Spot the old Juicebox sticker!

I’m going to end this car park watch with a bad ass mk2 Escort on Wolfrace slots. Loving the design on the side!

Stay tuned for the Drift coverage coming real soon!!!
