Car Park Watch: Japfest 2010

Yup, its about that time. Where we go lurk the car park of another car show to see what the people are driving. Its always a good insight into the scene itself to see what people are driving, and usually you will find something good or something very bad. Check it out.

Very clean looking 350z.

On a more interesting note… How about this tasty looking s15 rocking some Wedsport sa90’s which in that bronze go so well with the gunmetal grey.

Holy shit balls

Ah that’s better, I love this s15, the CR Kai’s in chrome suit this to the ground.

Always had a thing for these EM1 coupes, but I’m not so sure about the bonnet on this one.

Someone should do this Even though its a Mazda…

Clean looking Evo 7.

Nice and clean looking CL1 on some Volk GT-N’s.

Nice and clean strawberry faced rps13

Nice little clean and simple EF.

Same for this EF2, its nice to see these being loved, and saved from scrappage deals for Puntos and other stuff.

Unusual wheel and colour choice on the Levin, but that’s what made it cool, a change from the usual white.

Mint factory spec EK coupe type R with those rare factory Type r Katana’s.

Supras have so much potential to be amazing, always sad to see one not doing itself justice.

I’m not the biggest fan of EP91’s but this one looked damn good. Rocking some Regamasters and some wilwoods and a front mount, it was just super clean and simple.

Not that common on our roads, but I cant wait to see if somone will ever do this.

Cool little EP82 on some BBS mesh.

It was very cool to see a 20th anniversary EG5, these things are pretty rare, shame it didn’t have it on the doors also. Either way a cool rare EG!

Looks like this Paddi flush k10 is running a Beams Yamaha 3gse engine!

Wonder what kind of audio the EV03 is rocking?

Another clean EP82 on some rare Volk Racing GRN wheels.

If the other two Volk CV Pro’s were on this R32 would look amazing. R23’s always look good from the rear.

Nice big rear end from a Jzx90

A very Jap looking s14a

An rps13 on some lm’s has alot of potential…

Same goes for this RP with the Nismo Aero front bumper, a little more in the stance department on those delicious chrome CR KAI’s and this would be one of the nice car.

Why wasn’t this BNR33 inside?

Still loving this super clean Hachi, but im still going to moan about that Janspoo on the back…

Another clean ep91 on an unusual and rare Enkei nt03.

It would have been cool to see this Jap spec GC inside sitting on some TE37’s, it would have shaken up the usual blue over gold…

This Focus was equipped with some essential special laser beam lights. Crazy stuff.

This RPS13 was looking super clean, and the yellow on black Enkei rp01’s were actually cool. Shame they have Nismo stickers on them for some reason.

I really like this Volk CV wearing R32 minus the eyelids.

Never thought I would see some CR KAI’s and a CL1 together, but its a nice match.

Darth Vader showed up in his s15.

And then this super clean and nicely stanced s15 showed up…

So it deserved two snapshots. Those stanced VS KF’s make this thing look so mean.

This whole painting stuff greeeeeeeeeeeeen, to make it cooler definitely needs to slow down, the roof was even painted on this EG, and it wasn’t doing too many favoursr or making it cool….

Yep tow hooks aren’t savage when they are greeeeeeeeeeeeen, this thing would look very cool with a better wheel fitment on those rare Volk group AV’s which crazily enough still have the centre caps.

Same again for this Hachi rocking some lime greeeeeeeen, which seems to have abit of an identity crisis going on, its trying to be uk spec with the wheels and bumper, but then it has a splitter and the wheels are green so its stepping out of that the traditional UK spec so that scene wont be so happy, but the car is Jap so I don’t know…Some cool wheels and this car would be on to something good…

This MK2 Mexico was a winner. One of the only cars Id ever stick a set of superlites on…

This would be one of the nicest CE9A’s in the country if it was tidied up, the Bronze Black Racing N1’s on that black paint is such a nice combo, its a shame.

A clean SXE10 which doesn’t have the usual standard wheels for a change..

This Gangster looking 190 on some mesh, was looking very cool.

Looks like this civic is suffering from elephantiasis

Its always nice to see a an ER34.

This one was wearing some Volk gtv’s and was nice and clean.

How can anyone see the attraction with these lights? It looks like a bunch of chrome barrels on a shelf

I was surprised to see a Matt black EG9. I think its worked though.

CB ariels are know to boost a car by at least 60BHP.

This looks like it flew out of the ship in District nine.

This EK was looking good.

This Fd3s was very cool, Rocking a what looks like anΒ  Re amemiya diffuser on the standard bumper and some rare ABFlug wheels.

A very cool car indeed.

I always like seeing this car, someone has tried something different with a jap four door ae92 and its cool to see someone have love for this car.

This thing would be such a winner with better fitment, and for some reason these cars can pull off the whole GT wing. IT hasnt been killed on real cars… yet.

This ps13 was looking very nice and simple. Gotta love these cars.

Hahaha, this thing is hilarious, but in a good way.

You have to give credit to this car, and for it being superclean, and for the owner for taking a Euro theme to it, I’m not the biggest biggest fan, but its still a very nice clean car.

This car seemed very familiar, I had never seen it in the flesh but I just wondered why I felt like I knew it, then I noticed the Kansai logo, I’m just curious does anyone know if this is actually the HKS Kansai garage 605 bhp EV0 9? and why did the owner take off all the Kansai logo’s. I have a feeling that this is this car. But if anyone can confirm it that would be amazing. Either way its such a nice looking car, anything that HKS Kansai have is amazing. Some cool stuff in the car park as usual, stay tuned for the rest of the coverage coming real soon….
